Senderens
Restaurant
May be you heard of Lucas Carton restaurant (rated 3
Michelin stars) ... Same location, same Chef - Alain
Senderens - but not same name neither same cuisine or
decor. Alain Senderens made the decision to give his stars
back to create a new restaurant concept - Refined cuisine
in elegant Art Nouveau design setting for 100 Euros (Instead
of an average 400 for Lucas Carton). Today Senderens
restaurant is one of the best French gastronomic table of
Madeleine district - facing the church - and is still
rated 2 stars. Reservation is mandatory either for lunch
or dinner - Considering the cuisine, the location and the
food, it is a very good value restaurant in Paris. |

Maxim's Paris
The legend of Maxim's began in
1893 when Maxime Gaillard, a simple waiter, opened a bistro, small as a
cork, at number 3 Rue Royale in Paris... After a difficult start he
managed thanks to Irma de Montigny to make his place a place to be seen !
